Army man injured in cross-border firing succumbs, toll 13 | KNO

An army soldier injured in cross-LoC firing in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir died on Wednesday, taking the death toll to 13 in cross-border firing between India and Pakistan since Thursday, reports said. Reports said that the army man had suffered bullet injuries in Mendhar area of the district and he was being treated at a hospital in Rajouri, before succumbing to injuries today. Pertinently, seven civilians and six forces' personnel have been killed in the firing exchange so far.
